My Board Trajectory

My professional journey is evolving toward governance and Independent Director roles, built on a foundation of regulated environments, business growth and systems thinking.

I bring experience from global, compliance-driven organisations including IQVIA (formerly Quintiles) and Labcorp Drug Development (formerly Covance), along with business development and market expansion at MaxMuller Global Education.

While I do not yet hold board positions, I am intentionally developing the capabilities required to contribute meaningfully at the board level — particularly in decision-making discipline, organisational systems and long-term value creation.

Advising founders and professionals on decision structuring, leadership clarity and system-based execution. Supporting development of repeatable frameworks to improve decision quality and contributing to early-stage thinking around accountability and structured organisational practices.

Business Development Manager — MaxMuller Global Education

Contributed to market expansion strategy and institutional growth. Worked with leadership on revenue planning, client acquisition and forward business decisions. Led a small team whilst onboarding key institutional clients and aligning execution with strategic direction.

Labcorp Drug Development (formerly Covance)

Worked within a highly regulated, global clinical research environment. Ensured compliance with SOPs, data integrity, and documentation standards. Contributed to cross-functional process improvements including e-paper transformation initiatives.

IQVIA (formerly Quintiles)

Managed documentation within regulated clinical trial systems (eTMF). Ensured audit readiness, compliance adherence and SLA performance. Identified operational gaps and supported structured process improvements across teams.
